Terms of Service

Effective December 22, 2025 — These terms govern use of the CourseHub platform for both instructors and students. By accessing the service you agree to the terms below and to all applicable laws.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a student account and 18 years old to create an instructor account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile details, the security of your password, and all activity that occurs under your login. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, contain inaccurate information, or put students at risk.

2. Course Content

Instructors retain ownership of the content they upload. By publishing a course on CourseHub you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and stream your materials to enrolled students. You also agree that all content is lawful, properly licensed, and free from misleading claims. We may remove courses that violate copyright, privacy, or community standards.

3. Payments & Refunds

CourseHub processes payments through trusted PSPs such as Stripe. Prices are displayed before checkout and charged in USD unless otherwise noted. Students may request refunds according to each instructor’s refund policy or the platform-wide policy communicated on the checkout page. Refund abuse, chargebacks, or fraudulent purchases may result in account suspension.

4. Platform Usage

• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Use the messaging tools respectfully and do not spam other users.
• Report vulnerabilities responsibly to security@courses.lilassistance.com.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the Privacy & Data Controls page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Upon termination we will retain minimal data required for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard or email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
