Effective December 22, 2025 — This policy describes how CourseHub collects, uses, and protects your information.

Information we collect

• Account data: Name, email address, password hash, and profile details.
• Course activity: Enrollments, progress, quiz results, and certificates.
• Payment data: Billing history and invoice metadata (handled via Stripe—no card numbers are stored on our servers).
• Support data: Messages, support tickets, and integration logs.

How we use data

We use your data to operate the platform, deliver purchased courses, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Retention & deletion

CourseHub retains account information for as long as your account remains active. You can download or delete your data at any time from the Privacy & Data Controls page. Deleted records are permanently removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

Security

All traffic is encrypted via TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and sensitive actions require authenticated sessions. Production backups are encrypted and rotated regularly.

International transfers

CourseHub operates from the United States. By using the service you consent to transferring your information to the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses when working with processors outside of the US.
